Lawrence County first responders rushed to McConnell's Mill State Park in Slippery Rock Township to rescue a 26-year old man who fell down a steep hillside on Monday afternoon.

What's 200 pounds, furry and has celebrity-status around the Westminster Field Station?  Meet Champ.  He's an Alaskan Malamute mix  who makes an appearance now and then around campus.  He lives with his owners at the Little  Neshannock Stables on the east side of town near the Field Station.  Reporter Ashley Durham introduces us to this lovable canine who's become a popular character among the college crowd.
