NEW WILMINGTON, Pa.-- The men and women of Westminster's Physical Plant have a battle on their hands these days as they clear ice and snow from the walkways, roads and parking lots on campus.
However, the battle actually started last summer long before the snows blew into the area. Snow showers dumped up to four inches in the late afternoon making sidewalks and streets around town and campus the target of crews armed with shovels and snow plows.
WCN's Marshall Cupelli reports on how the works seem to work non-stop each day to drive back the snow and ice.
