NEW WILMINGTON, Pa.-- The Titan men's and women's track teams enjoyed a season highlighted by 10 broken school records, two Presidents' Athletic Conference  (PAC) championships, and national recognition at the 2012 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

Senior Adam Carswell (Painesville, OH / Notre Dame Cathedral Latin) led the record breakers for the men as he broke a 50-year record in the 400m with a time of 48.87. Carswell was also part of the record-breaking 400m relay (42.62) team.  He was also the producer of a special documentary project that chronicles the season.  Watch the documentary here.

For the first time in school history, the Titan men's and women's track and field teams won the PAC championship in the same year. This was the men's second straight championship, and the women's fourth overall. Westminster's fourth-year head coach Tim McNeil was named PAC Men's Track & Field Coach of the Year for his fourth coach of the year award, his second as a men's team coach.
