How "ARF" helps Lawrence County critters

Abstract:
Volunteers continue working to the jump start efforts for Lawrence County hire a humane officer to investigate and enforce laws regarding animal cruelty. A group of concerned citizens created the Lawrence County Animal Relief Fund (ARF)as they try to set up a non-profit organization to work with county leaders to secure a humane officer position.

WCN 24/7's Adam Plyler sits down with Lawrence County Treasurer Richard Rapone and ARF board member Lillian Germaine to discuss what ARF is and how it works in Lawrence County.

Rich and Lillian, This was a great article and video. As you know, I love animals and have two dogs at home and have always had pets in my home. They are people with fur. So compassionate and loving.
