NEW WILMINGTON, Pa.-- New Wilmington is a small town with some good choices of where you can dine out, including the Tavern on the Square, Jimmy's Corner and Pizza Joes.  Now there's a place where you can get a quick hot lunch for a few dollars.  However, this lunch spot can move around.  That's because it's a hot dog cart.  It's a first for the Borough of New Wilmington where around 2,400 people live year round.

Stevens Franktastic Foods is often set up on Market Street ready to serve customers at midday.

WCN's Joe Ligo introduces us to the man behind the cart and why he's brining his business the borough.
