NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - The Westminster College men's soccer team made it two-straight victories after a 4-1 win today over Division II Salem International. The Titans go to 2-0 on the year, while the Tigers fall to 0-1.

Senior Josh Cantella (Freedom, PA / Freedom) had a career day with two goals, including his first goal of his career. Cantella had game-highs in shots (5) and shots on goal (2).

Freshman Austin Ewers (New Wilmington, PA / Wilmington Area) scored his first collegiate goal of his career at the 28:15 mark. Ewers placed the ball over Salem International's goalie from 20 yards out. Also scoring his first collegiate goal was freshman Ethan McCarthy (New Castle, PA / Neshannock). McCarthy made a nifty move to get past defenders with less than three minutes to play in regulation.

Senior goalie Adam Kephart (Beaver Falls, PA / Beaver County Christian) gathered in two saves.

Westminster hits the road and will face D'Youville at 7 p.m. on Wednesday.
