TRANSFER, Pa. (AP) - An Ohio man has been charged with aggravated assault, burglary and cocaine possession for a standoff in a Mercer County home during which, police say, he wounded a woman before he was shot while trading gunfire with police.

Online court records don't list an attorney for 22-year-old Jessi Hudson, of Youngstown, Ohio, who remained in the Mercer County Jail Friday unable to post $300,000 bond.

State troopers say Pymatuning (py-mah-TOON'-ing) Township police answered a 911 call and heard shots being fired within the home Wednesday night. The officer forced his way into the residence and was fired at - but not wounded - by the suspect and returned fire, wounding Hudson.

Hudson surrendered when police stormed the home hours later after tossing in pepper canisters.

He faces a preliminary hearing Wednesday.
