NEW WILMINGTON, Pa.-- New Wilmington showed it was ahead of the storm when it held trick-or-treat on Saturday afternoon over the weekend. The Borough has traditionally scheduled trick-or-treat on Saturday afternoons to promote a safe, family-friendly backdrop for the event.
