NEW Wilmington, Pa--The changing of seasons means the holiday of Halloween is almost here. It is no different in the town of New Wilmington.
Trick or Treat will take place this year on Saturday, October 27 2012. Trick or treat will take place from the hours of 2 and 4 p.m. The annual parade will start at 5:30 on Market Street. It is always a special time in New Wilmington, as you see everyone taking part in the festivities by decorating the streets and houses.
