PULASKI TOWNSHIP, Pa.-- Police say two people died and another man was injured in a head-on collision in Pulaski Township Friday afternoon.  The crash closed part of Route 422 for a while.  Police say a car and pickup truck crashed near Evergreen Road in Pulaski Township.

Police identified the survivor of the accident as 31-year old Justin Stone of New Castle. They say he's in critical condition in a Youngstown hospital.  Troopers say Stone's car went across the center lane sideswiping a guardrail and then struck the pickup truck head on.  They say the driver of the truck, 62-year old Robert Bacon of Youngstown died.  The crash also killed 60-year old Richard Kubik of New Castle, a passenger in the pickup.

State police say their investigation into the accident is continuing.
