Women's Soccer: Titans Win Second Straight Shutout

SOUTH PARK, Pa. - The Westminster College women's soccer team won its second straight shutout after a 3-0 win at Point Park on Monday. The Titans improved to 6-7-5 overall, while the Pioneers dropped to 8-6-1.
Westminster senior goalie Jenn Cantella (Freedom, PA/Freedom) had a season-high 10 saves.
Titan junior Amanda Turi (Monroeville, PA / Gateway) scored the first goal of the game at the 7:34 mark. Sophomore Kerri Inzinga (Monroeville, PA / Gateway) earned the assist.
Westminster freshman Rebecca Bradnam (Irwin, PA / Hempfield) added insurance late in the second half with two goals, one at 81:31 and the other at 87:33. Junior Jordan Steele (Falconer, NY / Falconer Central) earned the assist in Bradnam's first goal.
Point Park had a slight 16-to-15 shot advantage.
Westminster will host Thiel on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. in conjunction with its Senior Day.
