NEW WILMINGTON, Pa.– Westminster’s tech teams continue to make upgrades and updates to the digital communications infrastructure on campus. And one major change students will discover is the end of the ethernet cord in the residence halls.
Cutting the ethernet cord in the dorms means you won’t need a cable to connect your devices. The residence halls have gone completely wireless.
Officials at McGill Library announced the cord cutting move on Instagram on Thursday alerting students ethernet connections will only work in academic buildings.
