MEADVILLE, Pa. – Junior Connor White (Gibsonia, PA / Pine-Richland) highlighted the day with a hole-in-one, while the Westminster College men’s golf team competed at the two-day Guy and Jeanne Kuhn Memorial Invitational at the Country Club of Meadville. Allegheny College hosted the event.

White’s ace came at the par 3, 194-yd eighth hole on Monday. White finished with a 147 (77-70) for a fourth-place tie.

The Titans finished 11th out of 18 schools with a two-day score of 639 (327-312).

Titan freshman Nick Cavacini (Shaler, PA / Shaler) finished next for Westminster for a tie in 29th-place (157/83-74). Sophomore David Callihan (Harrison City, PA / Penn-Trafford) (167), senior Nick Torrence (Pittsburgh, PA / North Allegheny) (171), and sophomore Avery Andric (Lisbon, OH / Lisbon David Anderson) (172) rounded out the Titan participants.

Westminster will next compete at the Grove City Fall Invitational on Tuesday, September 12 at 1 p.m.
