LATROBE, Pa. – The Westminster College football team, under the guidance of third-year Head Coach Scott Benzel, was picked to finish fourth in the Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC), according to Wednesday’s 2016 PAC Preseason Football Poll.

The Titans received 280 points with one first-place vote.

The league’s preseason poll, as voted on by PAC head coaches, sports information directors, and media panel in attendance, was announced this afternoon at PAC Football Media Day, hosted by Saint Vincent College at the Sis and Herman Dupré Science Pavilion in Latrobe, Pennsylvania.

Westminster senior Mac Quinn (Pittsburgh, PA / Northgate) (pictured), junior Todd Jeter (Monroeville, PA / Gateway), junior Jametrius Bentley (Lake Worth, FL / Park Vista Community), junior Dominique McKinley (Greensburg, PA / Greensburg-Salem), and senior Bryn Kaufman (New Wilmington, PA / Wilimington) were named on the “PAC Players to Watch” list.

The Titans open the 2016 season with a home game versus Hiram College on Saturday, September 3 at 7 p.m.
