Finals and Hell week are stressful times for Westminster college students. We spend most of the days stressing and not finding what makes us happy. Whether it be taking a walk, playing the piano or laughing with friends, reporter Mackenzie Basalla went out to capture some of her favorite things to do to relieve stress.

Some may just turn to sleep for a way of forgetting their problems, but Mackenzie likes to do things differently. Her go to activities are playing the piano, taking a walk with a friend, sitting by the lake and spending time with the ones that mean the most to her.

Although, you may not find those way appealing to you, you can always find different ones to satisfy the stressing situation.

Whether it be playing with dogs or just sitting in the sun, the way that you relieve stress is up to you; may the stress relieving be ever in your favor.
