Police seize $50K in drugs in New Castle

NEW CASTLE, Pa.-- The Lawrence County District Attorney says police have seized $50,0000 worth of cocaine, heroin, and other drugs from a home on Court Street in New Castle on Monday.

According to D.A. Joshua Lamancusa, his Special Investigations Unit, Union Twp Police, NCPD Narcotics and NCPD CIRT executed a sealed search warrant at the residence occupied by Jeremy Perkins, Alexis Brophy, and a small child.  Police say Brophy was arrested and faces drug charges.

Police also recovered $11,911.00 cash at the scene.
