• Motion to approve last week’s minutes by Mitchel Henderson, seconded by Owen Meilander.

IV. Executive Officers Reports

President – Kaylee Brosius

o Meeting will start at 6:45 next week with awards and swearing in of new Slate will be occurring

o Q&A for committee chair applicants

Vice President – Kailey Costabile

o Reminder to submit senator applications by this Friday

Secretary – Franco Rodriguez

o 40 senators in attendance tonight

Treasurer – Tyler Snodgrass

o Grant fund is at $35,000 and is available to all student organizations for supplemental funding

o Both supplemental funding requests were approved from last week

Academics – Noah Pollio

o Committee, councils, and boards

URAC committee

• Abstracts are due March 5th

• Poster session will be in Old 77

• Few in person presentations will be held with most being over zoom

Diversity – Shaemour Young

o BSU is having valentine candy bags to send to friends in the diversity office

• All clubs in Hoyt will be hosting Geek Week in April

Virtual and in person events will be held to win prizes

Open to anyone with $5 admission

• Lambda Pi Eta are taking applications for next year as well as selling raffle tickets for $100 prize at $5 each. See a member to purchase.

• Active Minds will have their first meeting at 11:30 over zoom on Friday
